JOERI TIMMERMANS x PANACHE
After ten years in Asia and Australia and most recently at the Jane in Antwerp, Dutch head chef Joeri Timmermans joins Panache for a guest-chef residency in September.
In his luggage, he brings a bold and cosmopolitan cooking style, a love of cooking on fire, and an impressive knowledge of flavours and spices from around the world.
Beginning his career in the Netherlands, Joeri worked for several Michelin starred restaurants.
After that Joeri moved to Australia and began working at Momofuku Seiōbo, the first restaurant of David Chang outside of the USA.
Followed by the move to open Automata in Sydney (2 stars ) and various positions throughout Asia.
Most recently he was partner at Untitled, in the former upper room bar At The Jane in Antwerp.

Next to our dining space, we also have a great stand-alone cocktail bar, which is suitable for events up to 70 guests. Ideally for intimate walking dinners, cocktail parties, and birthday celebrations. Let us know about any special wishes you have.

In the back of the main dining room, we have a large communal table seating 22 guests. Alongside the communal table, we have 8 bistro style tables, seating 4 or more each. Centrally in the main dining room, we have a large sofa with joined chairs seating 30 guests.
